This project was a full scale redevelopment of a 5000 square foot site into a creative hub that includes a theatre space, post production studios and a ground floor cafe and bar.
Blank Space helped throughout, initially with contract negotiations and the terms for the client as well as a strategy around how best to layout the site and optimising the whole building for its needs. I also assisted with the construction phase and all the compliance requirements as well and putting a plan in place for marketing and letting the spaces.
